Midcoast is a creative community and experiential event company at the intersection of e-commerce, technology, and culture. We bring bold ideas to life through curated events, strategic brand activations, and intentional community building.We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and community-minded Event & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing roster of events, partnerships, and brand experiences.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Event Planning & Production (60%)
- Support the planning and execution of community events, brand activations, summits, and intimate dinners
- Assist with venue research, vendor coordination, timelines, and run-of-show development
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event communications
- Be on-site or on-call during key events to support logistics and ensure a smooth experience
Marketing Coordination (30%)
- Assist in drafting event descriptions, email invites, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with design partners to produce assets (flyers, decks, signage, etc.)
- Help manage our event calendar and newsletter
- Draft and schedule social content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Community & Admin Support (10%)
- Liaise with community partners, collaborators, and speakers
- Keep internal docs, databases, and project trackers organized and up-to-date
- Jump in on special projects that support Midcoast’s mission and growth
